Your requests are processed for delivery preparation upon order completion.
Your order will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 5 (five) business days after it is confirmed.
The status of your shipment can be tracked using the cargo tracking number provided to you following your order.
The products that are the subject of the contract will be delivered to the BUYER by the shipping company determined by the SELLER.
The SELLER is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the product during Shipping and Delivery.
The BUYER has the right to refuse the shipment if they observe damage to the product delivered to them.
If there are damages or loss of use due to cargo transportation, the BUYER must have a damage assessment report (record/minutes) prepared by the shipping company official before approving the delivery receipt at the moment of delivery. The BUYER must then return the product(s) to be returned, along with the report, to the cargo official. Otherwise, the responsibility for damages or loss of use resulting from shipping damage will belong to the BUYER, and the product cannot be returned.
If the damage to the product is determined by the SELLER to have occurred before shipping and delivery, the process of replacing the damaged product and sending it back to the cargo company will take a maximum of 7 business days after the damaged product reaches the SELLER’s warehouse.
In the event that a situation arises from the product being out of stock (not available), the SELLER will refund the payment made by the BUYER.
