What are the return and exchange policies?

You have the right to return Rhodark products within 14 days from the delivery date, without stating any reason and without paying a penalty fee. You must notify your return request in writing to [email protected].

The returned products must be sent back complete and undamaged, along with the invoice, original box, packaging, and any accessories. Products must be used in accordance with the conditions specified in the user manual; if the product box has been opened and the product used, a return is only accepted if it is defective or faulty. Returns for products opened or used arbitrarily are unfortunately not possible.

In case of a manufacturing defect or fault in the products, your right to free repair, exchange, or refund is reserved. It is important to have a damage report prepared with the cargo official if your product is damaged upon delivery.

Return shipping costs will be covered by our company if Rhodark's contracted cargo company is used. Shipping costs for returns made with another cargo company are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product and materials are received complete and intact, the product price will be refunded within 14 business days in accordance with your payment method.

Furthermore, the right of return does not apply to certain products such as personalized products, hygienic products (if the packaging has been opened), and electronic products with opened packaging.

What are the Delivery and Shipping Policies?

Your requests are processed at the end of the order to be prepared for delivery. Your order is delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of 5 (five) business days after confirmation. The status of your shipment can be tracked with the shipping tracking number provided to you upon order completion. The products subject to the contract are delivered to the BUYER by the shipping company determined by the SELLER. The SELLER is not responsible for damages that may occur to the product during Shipping and Delivery. The BUYER has the right to refuse the shipment if they see damage to the product delivered to them. If there is damage or loss of use in the product due to shipping, the BUYER must have a damage assessment report (record) prepared by the authorized personnel of the shipping company and attach it to the product(s) to be returned, handing it back to the cargo official before approving the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the responsibility for damages or loss of use arising from shipping damages will belong to the BUYER, and the product cannot be returned. In the event that the defect in the product is determined by the SELLER to have occurred before shipping and delivery, the process of exchanging and re-shipping the damaged product takes a maximum of 7 business days after the product reaches the SELLER's warehouse. If a situation arises where the product cannot be supplied, the SELLER will refund the payment made to the BUYER.
