You have the right to return Rhodark products within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason or paying a penalty fee. You must notify us of your return request in writing to [email protected].

The returned products must be sent back with their invoice, original box, packaging, and any accessories, complete and undamaged. Products must be used in accordance with the conditions specified in the user manual; a return is only accepted if the product box has been opened and the product has been used only in case it is faulty or defective. Unfortunately, returns of products that have been opened or used arbitrarily (for non-fault related reasons) are not possible.

In case the products have a defect or fault originating from manufacturing, your right to a free repair, exchange, or refund is reserved. It is important to have a report/record prepared by the cargo official if your product is damaged during delivery.

Return shipping costs will be covered by our company, Rhodark, provided you use our contracted shipping company. For shipments made with a different shipping company, the costs belong to the customer.

Once the returned product and materials are received complete and intact, the product price will be refunded within 14 business days in a manner consistent with your original payment method.

Furthermore, the right of return does not apply to certain products, such as customized products, hygienic products (if the packaging is opened), and electronic products with opened packaging.
